Fixed a big bug in the OSX backend whereby memory wasn't being
released until the Enso 'application' became active (i.e., rarely, if
ever). This was the reason for a big, weird hack in graphics.py,
which is now thankfully no longer needed.
The OS X backend also deals nicely with requests to terminate it now,
so attempting to shutdown/restart OS X shouldn't result in "the
application is not responding" dialog boxes when OS X tries to tell
Enso to quit.
