it: Update strings without translating

131 translated messages, 11 fuzzy translations, 8 untranslated messages.

Most untranslated messages are not yet visible in the UI (plugin
localized names.)

The name in english for Catalog of Catalogs changed to Catalog index,
carried the italian translation forward manually.
