contrib: Add plugins wikipedia and runningapplications here

creating contrib/ as a place to put plugins that are perhaps not
intented for release but can be very interesting.

For now here comes:

wikipedia (Search plugins shouldn't really be one-off but this shows
how easy it can be to create a Text-based plugin; in Kupfer I want to
have one plugin with multiple search sites, ideally configurable)

runningapplications: List currently running applications (in kupfer's
view)
