Correct the way we generate debian source package for launchpad PPA build,
as launchpad is now more strict about what it allows:

Properly name the source tarball as .orig.tar.gz

Make the snapshot number part of the upstream version number in the package,
so that the source extracted from the package matches upstream version number,
but is still unique to snapshot
