Attempt to workaround the psmisc 22.15 bug
This bug prevents spd-conf from killing the running instance
of Speech Dispatcher on several current distributions:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=661145
Attempt to work around it by also specifying the 16-bytes
long version of the name of speech-dispatch(er) binary
to the 'killall' command.
