Added splitting of curves at vertical and horizontal extremums. That
fixed the worst part of the problem with Marvosym font. Also it found
interesting deficiences in the MS Times font (which is supposed to be
high quality!). Added a simple version of path closing routine with
floating point - to be improved yet. Made that routine used instead of
the int version.
