Enhancement: macro expansion now depends on the cases of input keys,
so we can avoid entering multiple macros for those texts that differ only in
character cases (e.g. Viet Nam, VIET NAM)
- Entering dd always switches engine to single mode (temporarily disable
spellcheck for the current word)
