Switch key is changed back to Ctrl-Shift. (enhanced: switch key has effect

since Ctrl-Shift combination is pressed, similar to UniKey for Windows).
Ctrl-Shift-F9 is another way to switch mode, in case Ctrl-Shift does
not work (e.g. in xterm)

Unikey can only be stopped by using "kill" command.

Fixed buil problem: autoheader was run by make, which also called autoconf.
