Preliminary support for LXC isolation. Templating for deployer configs. Bugfixes. * The 'contain' module includes preliminary support for LXC containerization of   builds and scripts. Networking withing containers can be enabled or disabled   on an as-needed basis. * Deployer configs such as those used in services and relations phases are now   treated as Jinja2 templates. Currently only one variable is available, the   workspace object. * Phase options in the manifest and on the command-line were previously   ignored. They are now recognized correctly, passed to to the phase   controller, and are included in Jenkins configurations generated by   mojo-project. * mojo.volattach now works with the cinderclient version included in Ubuntu   12.04. * Detritus such as the make-chroot.sh script has been removed. * Jenkins tools have been moved to a "contrib" directory. * contrib/mojo.sudoers is included for use on systems where mojo is automated.   It currently contains the commands used to control LXC containers. * Other small bugfixes.
