bin/setup-jenkins.py: Added support for ChildProjects.
To use childprojects the config.yaml must contains the key 'childprojects' which value is an array of projects. There is a limitation currently, it is not possible to use projects outside of the scope of the current release/variant/arch as project's names are expanded with these values.
