* Removed loading the Sandbox module for now. :(
* Don't initialize Ruby's $LOAD_PATH — we are only using core Ruby.
* Statically link Ruby on Mac OS X — should now be able to create universal binaries.
* Changed the bison build rule to prefix the external symbols with “aa” so we don't clash with Ruby when linking statically.
