- Replace all xul panels for browser preferences ("prefs.firefox.*", "prefs.seamonkey.*", "prefs.thunderbird.*") with a generic "prefs.browser.*".
- Remove old preference files.
- HTML Browser prefs: Fix sanitize cookie preference with Seamonkey.
- HTML/XUL Browser prefs: If the policy option is set to refuse third party cookies, disable the checkbox to set them to session.
