Add grub-efi-amd64-bin to snappy image
coinstallable with grub-pc; and with this, udf and the upgrader should be
able to make disk images that are bootable on both BIOS and UEFI. Longer
term, we should avoid seeding grub-pc in favor of grub-pc-bin, and then
we can pull in shim-signed as well for SecureBoot support.
