* upstart/message.c (upstart_message_handle): Raise a new unknown
message error if we don't have a handler  and a new illegal message
error if the source is illegal.
* upstart/tests/test_message.c (test_handle): Adjust tests to check
for the new errors that we raise.
* upstart/errors.h: Define strings for new errors.
