* compat/sysv/Makefile.am (AM_CPPFLAGS): Replace SHUTDOWN definition
with SBINDIR, pointing at the common directory.
* init/paths.h (TELINIT): Redefine to be SBINDIR with "/telinit"
on the end; define SBINDIR if necessary.
* compat/sysv/reboot.c (SHUTDOWN): Redefine to be SBINDIR with
"/shutdown" on the end; define SBINDIR if necessary.
