* Moved now playing page to be stacked on top of tabs
* Don't hide back button as too confusing with header appearing/disappearing
* Show old back button until lp:1256424 lands and show below header. Fixes: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1239106, https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1291495.
