First believed working version of default paused-timer behavior.
The goal was to add radio buttons to the preferences dialog that allow the user to specify what behavior should be taken when clicking a paused timer.
If default behavior is specified, the dialog box asking "what do" never shows up.

Choices include:
 1. Ask - The classic dialog box pops up. This is the only case where the dialog box pops up.
 2. Stop - The timer is reset.
 3. Restart - The timer is reset and started.
 4. Continue - The timer continues from where it was paused.
