Merged lp:~widelands-dev/widelands/bug-1810062-territorial-calculations:
Refactor initialization of win conditions:
- Separate optional "init" coroutine that is executed on the loading
screen
- Shift calculations for territorial functions and Wood Gnome to C++
to improve performance
- Add immovables to the table for territory calculation
- Expose port spaces and max caps to Lua interface
- Remove superfluous "postload" call from replay
