Split fileformat feature flags into content & interface, to have more bits for each
Reworked commandline handling, added options for loading a filelist and for sorting the filenames
Added LBM loading (as many variations as had examples for) and saving (as ILBM or PBM)
Fixed initial size of layers list when mtPaint is started maximized with open dock (only on GTK+2 for now) (since 3.49.12)
Added a few more sanity checks
