Fixed a couple of minor bugs.

When workspace color changed via Preferences dialog, the change was not
immediately applied. One had to restart ViTables of force a workspace repaint
(for instance moving windows on the workspace) in order to apply the change.

A minor bug in questionBox dialogs has been fixed.

loadConfiguration method has been debugged.

* vitables/preferences/preferences.py
ctor has changed slightly to make the preferences dictionary fully
compatible with that used in VTApp.
setPreferences method slightly changed.
