Tree view usability improved.

Horizontal scrollbar behaves fine now. Fixing this was not as easy as it may
seem. The whole thing is somehow subtle.

ctor changed. New signal/slot connection added.
updateColumnWidth method added. It takes care of resizing the tree width when
needed.
