* Merge with Debian Unstable, Ubuntu changes:
  - adhere to DebianMaintainerField
  - use our xfce.mk class
  - drop debian/patches/01_add-desktop-base-in-config-dirs.patch
    (not needed for xubuntu)
  - remove quilt and chrpath build-dependencies, and add cdbs
  - debian/rules: ship debian/xfce4-kiosk-query.8 in libxfce4util4.
* debian/libxfce4util4.shlibs: bumped to 4.4.2.
* debian/compat: bump to 5.
* debian/control: b-d on autotools-dev & debhelper (>= 5).
* debian/libxfce4util-dev: don't install usr/share/xfce4/m4/*.
