Merging ui fixes and microsite-debugging make target [r=powersj]

- Easy microsite create with makefile target using LXD and a checked-in
mini archive.
- fixed width fonts
- highlight current series in bold
- cache invalidate generated manpages once per month (on average)
- limit generated manpage to 100 columns.
