commit_changes: rename force param to force_push
add: add force_push param, which gets passed to commit_changes
* 5-a-day:
On "--add", if the local branch does not exist yet, force pushing
after adding the bug. (LP: #245866)
- users push to their local branches. If the remote branch is
older than 60 minutes, it gets pushed.
