Fix zone cycle wall collisions, use sensors for determining next collision
also rename BALLS_BOUNCE_ON_CYCLE_WALLS -> ZONES_BOUNCE_ON_CYCLE_WALLS and some other BALL_ commands aliased to ZONE_ for now
