Completely removed code about gconf and FileBrowser plugin
When opening gedit without argument: Do not insert the plugin's menu until a file is open (TextMate disable 'Go to File' if no file opened
When opening gedit with argument ('gedit .'): Get the current path as the project's path, and all other files opened out of this path will be opened in a new window of gedit, like TextMate do
