- Raise error when a non-move event is being inserted where subject.uri and subject.current_uri are not identical
- Raise error when a move event is being inserted where subject.uri and subject.current_uri are identical
- Avoid updating current_uri for MOVE_EVENT entries
- Update _event_cache after updating subject.current_uri
- extend test case to cover the the previous fix
