Changed all internal Zorba modules and schemas to DECLARE_ZORBA_MODULE /
SCHEMA framework. This centralizes all modules into a single path
directory, now named CMAKE_BINARY_DIR/URI_PATH. Corrected the location of
several stray schemas; cleared out a few orphans. DECLARE_ZORBA_MODULE()
now works with more URIs and accepts unversioned modules. Moved test
modules into separate path directory CMAKE_BINARY_DIR/TEST_URI_PATH.
Eliminated GENERATE_MODULE_LIBRARY(). Note: With this change, CMake 2.6 or
higher is now required.
