* Add a new debconf-dbus package, providing a D-Bus service hooked up to
debconf. The debconf protocol is mapped directly to object methods.
* Add support for tunnelling debconf passthrough over D-Bus. There is a
new DEBCONF_DBUS environment variable, which would typically be set to
something like $DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS.
