Packages and files in this directory (and children) are subject to specific or special licensing conditions.  They are not subject to the AGPL or any other license attributed to the dis-Emi-A HaXe API.  Normally they will not be included in that package, but even if they do, perhaps by accident, they do not fall under the same license.
