* Added basic setup shell script for installing from the source tarball

* Slideshow files starting with a comment are now recognised as valid

* Behaviour of Add Images dialog improved

Clicking Add when a directory is selected opens it

Double-clicking a file imports it

Last-used directory is remembered for next time (until app closes)

* Images and slideshows can be imported by dragging them from Nautilus onto

the CreBS window.
