* Merge changes from 0.4.2, now compatible with KDE 4.2.2 in sid.
* Improve output of the patch subcommand:
  - it includes added MISSING symbols now;
  - dump postprocessed symbols.
* Switch to named parameters for *_min_version() subs.
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.1 (no changes).
* Fix dh_sameversiondep POD page (lintian warning).
