Fix handling of /dev/uinput

- Replace group membership based access to /dev/uinput with dynamic ACLs for
  the current foreground session. This prevents conflicting rules which try to
  assign it to different groups, and avoids handing out access permissions to
  remote sessions.
- Stop creating the autopilot group and putting users into it.
- Stop creating/using a pointless /dev/autopilot-uinput symlink, as the
  /dev/uinput name is fixed.
