Bumped the version to 1.2.0~beta1

Updated AUTHORS and README files for version 1.2.0.

Updated the official icon of OpenShot to an SVG image, instead 
of a PNG image.  This icon will stretch nicely to any size.

Updated the Python setup.py to include all the new folders 
and files in 1.2.0.

Fixed the effect.py file to not attempt to load a __init__.py 
file in the XML dom.

Updated all translations.
