<h2>Big Picture</h2><p>This plugin makes &lt;p&gt; and &lt;br /&gt; tags when appropriate when posting.  For example a blank line (double return) before and after a section of text would wrap that text in &lt;p&gt; tags, but a single return between sentences would become cause a &lt;br /&gt; tag.</p>
