plainbox:exporter:jinja2: Use FileSystemLoader to load template files

The FileSystemLoaderloader can find templates in folders on the file system and is the
preferred way to load them.

- jinja2_template becomes a mandatory argument
- extra_paths is added to the list of directories where to look up.
