* Switch to debhelper 9, this means:
- I won't have to deal with CDBS anymore.
- Introduce Multi-Arch support:
+ Some changes to debian/libmtp{,-dev}.install* were needed.
- Hardening is now enabled by default.
* Don't build static objects anymore.
