Replaced libx11-dev and libxau-dev by xlibs-static-dev and
libxt-dev as build-dependencies. Please refer to #347025.

You need EMX distribution and headers from Warp Toolkit to build mtools in

OS/2. Copy config.h.os2 to config.h, and use Makefile.os2 to build. Sample

configuration file is provided in mtools.conf.os2.  Alternatively, you may

use autoconf.  autoconf patched for EMX may be obtained from the following

Since 'a:file*.ex*' is a valid OS/2 file specifiction, you need to enclose

wildcarded file specs in double quotes; else you will lose long names when

copying from floppy (mtools will receive a wildcard already expanded, with

short name, of course.)

You can also access FAT partitions on hard disk(s), in read-only mode. Add
