* Merge from debian experimental, remaining changes (LP: #419811):
  - Add Suggests on telepathy-idle
  - Bump telepathy-haze to recommends
  - Drop geoloc support, dependencies not in main
  - add build-dep libx11-dev (old missing one), libgstfarsight0.10-dev,
    libdbus-glib-1-dev and libnm-glib-dev
  - add Vcs-Bzr tag
* debian/control: Set the maintainer to the core team
