Psi 0.9 uses a new configuration file format. It imports the old format

automatically, but you should not run an older version after you ran

0.9, because the older version may screw up the new configuration

files.

The additional COPYING file in /usr/share/psi is needed because psi reads

this file to show its license.

While the upstream version of psi looks for libqssl.so, the debian version

looks for libqssl.so.2, ie. it includes the version number in the file name.

This conforms to the library naming scheme given by debian policy.

Versions in experimental are often not tested at all. So expect some bugs.
