* Resynchronise with Debian. Remaining changes:
  - Special case loopmounted filesystems as it's safer to format the
    underlying file, not the device.
  - Default to mounting ext3 with relatime.
  - check.d/nomountpoint_ext3: Make $RET look for a boolean value.
