* QA upload.
  + Set maintainer to Debian QA Group <packages@qa.debian.org>
* Remove deprecated local($#). (Closes: #520962).
* Bump debhelper build-dep version to >= 5.
* Make clean not ignore errors.
* Rules: Move to binary-indep since package is arch all.
* Remove unneeded maintainer scripts.
* Move debhelper to build-depends to satisfy clean.
* Move DH_COMPAT to debian/compat and set to 5.
* Bump Standards Version to 3.8.1.
