* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes (LP: #594595):
  - Drop /etc/modprobe.d/nbd-client; the kernel default is already
    appropriate. Ubuntu-specific change.
    + Modify debian/nbd-client.dirs
    + Remove debian/nbd-client.modprobe
    + Add debian/nbd-client.preinst
