* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
- Enabled URL highlighting
- Changed rm -f to rm -rf .pc patches, fixes a bug when .pc is a directory
- Updated maintainer field

- Correct initialization of bold- and wide-, wide-bold fonts, which may be
set via the utf8Fonts subresource (Closes LP: #194078)
