* Added 03-parantheses-warnings.dpatch. It adds some parantheses in the code
  and avoids so on some warnings from the compiler.
* Some minor header fixes for the 01 and 02 dpatch.

flwm use dpatch for managing the patches applied to the upstream

sources. However all the patches are already applied in the .diff.gz

so you can modify the source directly, just as before.
