* Merge from debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
  - Keep build deps in main:
    - Drop build dependencies: stunnel, libssh2-1-dev
    - Add build-dependency on openssh-server
    - Drop libssh2-1-dev from libcurl4-openssl-dev's Depends.
