* Upstream Git snapshot for build fixes with regards to entropy.
* debian/rules:
  - Enforcing DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip for library integrity checking.
  - Set TESTS_REDUCED_KEYLENGTHS to one generate smallest key-lengths in
    tests.
