The Electronic Logbook (ELOG) provides a Web interface to save and retrieve

messages. ELOG has its own daemon serving as a simple web server, though it
14
can work with other web servers (eg. Apache). Depending on the configuration,
15
the ELOG system can host one or more logbooks which are stored in separate
16
sections on the server. It also includes a command line tool to create ELOG
17
notes from the command line.
