  + Recommend libmodule-install-doap-perl, libmodule-package-perl and
    recent libmodule-install-rdf-perl.
  + Relax to (build-)depend unversioned on cdbs: Needed version
    satisfied in stable, and oldstable no longer supported.

* Use bugtracker as preferred upstream contact.
