* d/p/big-endian.patch: Cherry pick fix from upstream VCS to resolve
  issues on big endian architectures.
* d/control: Drop BD's on gf-complete an jerasure dev packages, not
  required due to the plugin nature of liberasurecode; add BD on
  libjerasure2 (can be dropped with next sync from Debian).
